4. Custom Orders

Custom-designed storage systems are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We provide detailed specifications and renderings before fabrication begins. Changes to custom orders may incur additional fees.

5. Delivery and Installation

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Installation services, when purchased, will be scheduled separately. You are responsible for ensuring adequate access and preparing the installation area.

6. Returns and Refunds

Non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition for a full refund. Custom products are final sale. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

7. Warranties

Our products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from improper installation or maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cozy Kitchen Corner Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.
